My ex-race Fairey Christina (#13 is one of the 20 Fairey hulls) entered the workshop just under 4 months ago and a write-up for the Autumn Fairey News is in hand.
I enjoy it all but today was special...opening the first tins of primer and thinners to start priming the underside of the new starboard deck. Lots more woodwork still to do but milestones such as this are good for morale.

This is great news, another interesting early Fairey boat rescued, as you know, BB was on my list of boats at risk for a long time.

Looking forward to seeing and hearing her afloat.
