Cheyne - Another lease of life.,,

Post by Midnight Blue »

I have some good news today. A friend of mine has just bought Cheyne which some of you know has been left neglected for 10 years, has been stripped of goodies and now needs some serious love and attention.

Cheyne will be taken to Custom Yacht Works where despite the fact she probably wont see the light of day for a couple of years will be fully restored and brought back to life...

I have no doubt that by the end of 2011 she would have been irretrievable.

Paul - I think you had a hand in that happening, well done, a great result.

Another boat saved is great news.

Good news at last re her sale...Made a film about her charging up and down the Thames...if the new owner/member wants a copy for added inspiration then happy to burn a copy for him/her... 30kts down the Thames at night is quite exciting!
