Looking to my winter hit list and work on my Spear / Spearfish.
Although not essential I'm looking at replacing the screen as
- it is not the right profile
- the channel is not in great condition
- screen a bit crazed
- all of above annoys me!
Does anyone know who has the tooling for Spearfish screens?
Thanks

The best person to talk to would be Gordon Currey.

Re: Spearfish screens
Also worth looking at how it attaches. The bottom frame is essentially an L shape which is screwed into the GRP. There is not much land to take the loads imposed on the screen by it being used as handholds or to push on. The original had rubber on the inside although I quite like the rail round the inside as per some of the wooden Faireys. V happy to discuss in detail,

Re: Spearfish screens
I have a screen and frame from a Fantome which I am told will fit a 31 and a Spear or Spearfish
