Western Group Laying Up Supper

Post by Scott Pett »

Many thanks once again to Jonathan Turner for his efforts setting up this popular event.

Twenty four FOC members and guests braved Storm Bert to visit the Thurlestone Hotel, some travelled some distance to stay for the weekend and some locals deciding to stay the night as the weather was pretty rough outside.

More details hopefully in the next edition of Fairey News.
Regards,
Scott

Yes Scott I understand it was another great event. I am pleased everybody enjoyed themselves. I have conveyed thanks to Jonathan and I believe he has agreed with somebody to take over the organisation of next years event.
There is space allocated in Fairey News for a write up. Just need some text and a photo or two...

Agreed, excellent event at a fantastic location that was very well attended, especially given the weather.

I had a great time and enjoyed catching up with everyone. I'm certain it will continue.
