Following the recent Committee Meeting I would like to confirm the dates of the next few events.
1] Saturday 18 October 2025 The Laying Up Supper combined with the AGM at the Royal Air Force Yacht Club. Invites have been circulated and there is space for berthing at Port Hamble for members to bring their boat to avoid finding accommodation.
2] Saturday 1 November 2025 The Western Ports laying Up Supper at the Thurlestone Hotel Devon. Invites have been circulated. All welcome to what is a fabulous weekend.
3] Saturday 15 November 2025 Trip to REME Museum at Lyneham where Fairey visitors will be given a unique tour of the museum.
4] Saturday 16/17 May 2026 Start of season supper at Gins Farm on Beaulieu River. Pontoon and club is booked for supper. Invites to follow in due course.
5] weekend of13/14 June 2026 Summer Rally to elebrate the 40th Anniversary of the Fairey Owners Club. this event will be held in Yarmouth with further details to follow.

Apologies but the date of the Summer Rally is NOT 13/14 June, it is the following weekend of 20/21 June 2026.
please put the date in your diaries, as it is the 40th Anniversary of the Fairey Owners Club we will try and do something special.

A couple of people have queried the dates of events following the discussion at the AGM.
There is no visit to Elephant Boatyard on 1 November.
The dates are as follows:

In Spring or autumn 2026 or beyond we will arrange a visit to Eleohant Boatyard with lunch at the Jolly Sailor and a visit to the Fergusson Museum with lunch at the Red lion. Dates yet to be confirmed.
