Fairey Marine talk at Hamble

HAMBLE LOCAL HISTORY SOCIETY is sorry that its advertised June meeting 'Working at Fairey Marine' by Alec Wotton has had to be postponed as Alec has been unwell.

The new date is Thursday 14th July, 7.30pm at Hamble Memorial Hall.

Apologises for any inconvenience and we hope you can attend on the new date.

I've booked a ferry, I have a few things to do after work, but will be there.

My boat home is midnight, so plenty of time for curry, although I may try and shoot off for the 10pm boat.

Looks like the midnight boat is cancelled, so I either have to get the 10pm or 3am tomorrow, this may put curry under threat!
