Pre-kote and Toplac.

Post by Ben »

It seems International have changed Pre-Kote to something called One Up and Toplac is now Toplac Plus.

Toplac squall blue looks to be discontinued.

I liked Pre-kote and knew where I was.

Argh!

Ben, Toplac Plus is the stuff we used on Charleston and Cinders, we along with several others have been guinea pigs/Test beds for the application with Akzo Noble. It's insanely easy to apply and get an "almost spray" finish. Although "Big Fairey" has not touched water it still looks superb after a year. Little Cinders is also looking superb and she has definitely got wet ! Very very wet. No signs of deteriation at all , the only thing I would say , as the finish is very glass like and it's imperative the prep is good and to "the book" , we rollered and no tipping, just plan the event and keep a wet edge !
