The Fairey Owners' Club

The AGM and Laying Up Supper on 14 October may seem a long way away but we have to book early. The event will be held at Lymington Town Sailing Club.
You will know that we have combined the two events for a number of reasons, not least to encourage owners to come by boat, something they may not have done when the AGM was in November.
Of course you do not need to come to the AGM-you can just come to the Laying Up Supper if you wish, or maybe your partner absconds to the bar whilst one of you attends the meeting.

BUT please note. Although a rally booking has been made on the "Dan Bran Pontoon" adjacent to the LTSC, boat owners will have to book, as spaces are not secured until a reservation is made.
You can book now by phoning 01590 672014, or book via email to info@Lymingtonharbour.co.uk giving contact details and boat details.
If you book very soon you do not have to pay until 11 October, which means of course you can cancel a booking before this date without incurring costs.
It is important you attend the AGM, it is about the running of your club and the Committee welcomes your input. The Laying Up Supper at the Lymington Town Sailing Club will be warm and welcoming.

I would love to attend this event but only by car as we come from Kent. Are there local hotels around and do you have any costs for the supper? Look forward to see you all in October.

I'm afraid we don't yet have costs for the supper at the Lymington Town Sailing Club, when we have details closer to the time they will be circulated.

The Sailing Club does not have accommodation but their address is Bath House, Bath Road, Lymington SO41 3SE.

Can I remind you that the AGM and Laying Up Supper are being held at the Lymington Town Sailing Club on Saturday 14 October. Details are in email below.
I would encourage all members to attend the AGM, it is important for the stability and strength of the Fairey Owners Club.
But if you only want to attend the Laying Up Supper, you are welcome. We have booked tables overlooking the river-a menu will follow shortly.
