1960 Christina 23'6'' Hull, no machinery.

Possibly the first Walter Lawrence produced cold moulded hull. Malibu became one of the Weymouth Bass fishing boats and worked continuously between 1974 and 2017. The wheelhouse, deck, scantlings etc are all rotten and have been partially removed, the hull shell however is in reasonable shape and would form the basis of a restoration.

I have had a change of direction so this project, and that's what it is, is now available free to a good home, it's on my trailer near Southampton and I will deliver it a reasonable distance if you can arrange to lift it off at your end.

Must go very soon otherwise I am afraid I'll have to attack it with a chainsaw as my next project needs the trailer freeing up.

Happily a stay of execution, with plenty of help from Pete F. we delivered Malibu today.

She now has a very capable new owner who will undoubtedly do her justice. So that's two more flat deck Christinas' on the way.
