After the lock down has ended and some normality returns to our country it will be my intention to offer Dawn Patrol for sale.
She is a Spear that has been converted from the military version and is a very strong boat. A Mark 2 version built in 1977.
Powered by twin Ford Sabre 212c 6 cylinder diesels driving through Borg Warner 72c gearboxes.
In my and the previous owners period of restoration she has had new windows, new screen, replacement cockpit flooring in teak on ply. New cabin lining.
The hull below the waterline stripped back to the gelcoat and inspected by a surveyor and readings taken(very low). Gelshield epoxy applied.
Replacement steering and exhaust hose.
Garmin DSC VHF interfaced to Garmin 7" touch screen Plotter.
Rewire.
New batteries.
Srayhood/bimini/aft cockpit awning.
Replacement cabin cushions.
New helm and navigator seats.
New electric and manual bilge pumps.
Replacement engine seacocks and through Hull fittings.
New air intake scoops.
New fibreglass steering console.
Replacement sink/2 burner hob.
New Calorifier.
Replacement deck fittings.
New pilot rail to foredeck.
New anchor (in a locker on the foredeck) Electric anchor winch.
It is our intention that we will rejoin the stick and string brigade for a while.. But won't loose contact with all our friends in the owner's club.
I am looking for £60,000.00 and that reflects the fact that she has been restored to a high standard and is ready to go.
Contact me via mobile in the first instance.

Pictures and survey report available via email.
Ian.
