I was down at Dartside quay today the big winter lay up yard on the Dart at Galmpton. Usually it is packed with boats for the winter. Not this year. There was little more than a third the usual boats.
Is it possible that the economic situation means people are not laying up this year. It may be a one off case,but have others seen signs of this?
