Wow, is the Fantome road legal? I always thought it was too large for a trailer!
I realise that the other photos are of another age when restrictions weren't quite so adhered to, however it looks like the Bertram isn't strapped to the trailer, hope he didn't brake too hard!

Dear all, the Fantome is definitely not road legal - you can see that the mudguards are more or less on the wheels. That van has a max towing weight of 3000kg which is less than a Fantome, even without engines, never mind the trailer. I like a Scammell for this sort of thing - a Fairey will never take charge of one of these! For a Huntress, I guess you could just about keep within the 3.5t towing limit, but would want a heavy 4x4 with 3.5t towing capacity for the job. Venatrix now Pink Gin had a 4 wheel trailer.
23' Huntress with 4 Cylinder Ford Mermaid.
John Boggis towed her with a Discovery.
I had her moved about with a pick up truck and Peter Farmery used his early Landrover once.
