I had a look at the Timage website. Nothing similar.
Why not try Foulkes chandlery barge at Bursledon. They have worked on plenty of Swordsman.
Per may still have some bits in his garage.
Finally just replace them all with something new but in period style.

My Huntsman 31 had the same lights, I had a spare and sent to the new owner when I sold her.

I'm not sure of the source, but at a guess they might be Simpson Lawrence.

As David says, Ant Foulkes or this forum I think your only chances.

As the lights are working, I'd try and polish the chrome and retain them as I believe they are original. The acrylic has deformed on most of them due to the heat from the light bulb. I meant to have the acrylic replaced but never got around to this job. A cut to size acrylic together with a heat gun around a former should work, Led bulbs may be available these days to reduce the heat output? Good luck! :)

How about Custom Yacht Works. When modernising boats they may have kept older items.

Some handy tips - i made new covers from .8mm plastic sheet from ebay which looks quite acceptable but need to do some searching to get extra units
